At Work

There is something about construction workers at site. There are numerous locations where the reconstruction of the city take place, and it seems to have become a part of the city's essence. I was captured by the multiple linear qualities of the wires and the wood panels that serve as a temporary fence. I altered the image from my phone to enhance the mood of the moment. It was a rainy day and men were still at work. Gloomy as the day was, their uniforms were bright neon pallets that stand out from the rest of the landscape. I particularly took the photo to bring the fence forward to frame the image and contain the workers within. The way the colors vibrate in the darker pallet of the landscape, really took captured the essence.
